Most Verizon phones work on a different signal all together. Verizons signal is strong because their signals run underground not above ground, so weather doesn't effect them. Plus, they have their above ground towers as well. Sprint doesn't. I'm almost positive that Sprint won't do it. Plus, if you go from Verizon to Sprint, you're going to lose your network no matter what. But Sprint isn't so bad. Try going to Tmobile. They have great phones and if their plans suck, just go to Cingular. Their phones work through chips that sit behind the battery of your phone, they just change the chip. so you can use either company without losing your phone. The LG ENV or 9900 can not be used on a GSM network. The phone is specificly built to be used on a CDMA network. It will not work.
huh ??? you go to Verizon, buy a phone and take it to Sprint for your service...otherwise it's no go..
