Usuually on rear or router is a small hole, insert a straightened paper clip for 30 seconds to ddo a factory reset, but ALL settings will be wiped,

alternatively connect to it on a cat5 cable and see of you can change the wireless settings that way (probably wasier)

Remember a hard reboot will wipe internet account settings, make sure you have a note of it all.How to change a wireless network back to when it wasn't password protected?
go into your wireless area of your router control panel

Turn off security , or wep or no security

It may be in the advanced area of the wireless controls of the router.

if you are stuck then reset the router with a pin on the reset button on the back and set it up again from scratch
