Now, I get a popup saying I need to enter the admin password. The password I had before does not work nor does my new password. The IT guys at my job said they did not change anything. What could have happened and how do I fix it? I had admin privileges on my work laptop up until last week when I had to change my network log in password.?
have them reset your password
