We have a Bigpond Network Adapter which runs our internet, and its password is numerical, I was wondering if we can change the password to alphabetical without any phone calls or cash?How can I change my network password without any phone calls or cash?
Is this bigpond network adapter a router or a broadband modem itself? You should try opening command prompt and typing

ipconfig /all

Then look for something that says default gateway: xxx.xxx.x.x

where the x's are numbers

Then open up your internet browser and type http://xxx.xxx.x.x

where the x's are the numbers you previously found.



Change the password from there
