I got a new phone %26amp; its locked to orange.
I didnt get a sim card with it.
Going to buy one today but wondering how i can get the dolphin plan (unlimited texts for 拢30 a month) Without sending away for another sim.Changing network to orange?
I'm sorry but you can't. You will have to get a new SIM card.

If you go to an Orange shop, I'm sure they'll sell you a sim only on that plan.
