How to change the apn on my sidekick lx 2009 in the uk on orange?

i have a sidekick lx 09 in the uk it is unlocked but it wont connect to edge what should i do to connect it and is there anything i can do a also if i go to settings -%26gt;then to network options -%26gt;and then to network apn it says change change network apn so is that what i have to do if yes then what should i do next pleaseeeee help me im going mental as i dont even have a calculator byeeee
